1、將開齒穿條機(jī)設(shè)備的電源線接到車間內(nèi)380伏的空氣開關(guān)上，檢查電路接好從左邊數(shù)，左邊的三根黑色的是380伏火線、左邊第四根黃色的是零線。通電后如果發(fā)現(xiàn)“刀盤上升”是反的，那么要將左邊的三根黑線任意交叉換一下。調(diào)解好電機(jī)的方向。

　　1. Connect the power cord of the gear threading machine equipment to the 380V air switch in the workshop, check the circuit connection, and count from the left. The three black wires on the left are 380V live wires, and the fourth yellow wire on the left is neutral wire. If it is found that the "cutter head rising" is reversed after power on, then the three black lines on the left should be crossed and replaced at will. Adjust the direction of the motor.

　　2、調(diào)解和安裝好兩面的托料平臺。

　　3、先放入一根型材，用手調(diào)解該機(jī)頭的左右挪動手輪，將“導(dǎo)向定位塊”調(diào)解到機(jī)器出條槽口和鋁型材穿條槽口一致;如需要上下調(diào)解則按動“刀盤上升”和“刀盤下降”來調(diào)解機(jī)頭的高度。

　　3. First, place a profile and manually adjust the left and right movement handwheel of the machine head to align the "guide positioning block" with the machine strip slot and the aluminum profile strip slot; If you need to adjust the height of the machine head up and down, press "cutterhead up" and "cutterhead down" to adjust the height of the machine head.

　　4、再放入上面的兩根開好齒的鋁型材，調(diào)解后面托料架子上的“定位板”，頂住鋁型材。

　　4. Insert the two toothed aluminum profiles on top and adjust the "positioning plate" on the material rack at the back to support the aluminum profiles.

　　5、用人工將隔熱條順導(dǎo)向槽口送入鋁型材槽口內(nèi)一點。

　　6、踩下設(shè)備上的腳踏開關(guān)，齒刀加壓轉(zhuǎn)動，將隔熱條高速送入鋁型材槽口，穿條完畢后，松開腳踏開關(guān)。

　　6. Step on the foot switch on the device, apply pressure and rotate the toothed knife, and quickly feed the insulation strip into the slot of the aluminum profile. After threading the strip, release the foot switch.

　　7、重復(fù)以上步驟，加工下一根鋁型材。
