1、清理設(shè)備：在開(kāi)機(jī)前應(yīng)對(duì)設(shè)備的工作臺(tái)、機(jī)械加工面、電鍍件表面用沾油棉紗進(jìn)行擦拭，與型材直接接觸部位應(yīng)用干凈的棉紗擦拭干凈，以免污染型材，必要時(shí)還可用吹塵對(duì)工作臺(tái)表面等部位進(jìn)行吹塵清理；

3、檢查潤(rùn)滑部位：對(duì)于設(shè)備運(yùn)行中具有相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的定動(dòng)接觸面，如機(jī)床導(dǎo)軌表面、各處軸承與軸等處需要潤(rùn)滑的部位，應(yīng)根據(jù)運(yùn)動(dòng)特性等方面的因素，加注潤(rùn)滑油或潤(rùn)滑脂進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑。具體設(shè)備機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)不同，其潤(rùn)滑部位及潤(rùn)滑方式也不相同，需視具體設(shè)備而定。開(kāi)齒穿條機(jī)在門(mén)窗設(shè)備中大量使用的氣源處理三聯(lián)體，每次開(kāi)機(jī)之前都要檢查其油霧器油杯內(nèi)的油面高度，并使之保持準(zhǔn)確的油面高度。

3.
