上料：將待穿條的鋁合金型材放置在穿條機(jī)的進(jìn)料臺(tái)上，確保型材的槽口與膠條輸送方向一致。對(duì)于一些較長(zhǎng)的型材，可能需要使用輔助支撐裝置來(lái)防止型材下垂或晃動(dòng)。

Loading: Place the aluminum alloy profile to be threaded on the feeding platform of the threading machine, ensuring that the groove of the profile is consistent with the direction of the rubber strip conveyor. For some longer profiles, auxiliary support devices may be needed to prevent the profiles from sagging or shaking.

啟動(dòng)設(shè)備：打開(kāi)穿條機(jī)的電源開(kāi)關(guān)，啟動(dòng)設(shè)備。設(shè)備啟動(dòng)后，膠條會(huì)自動(dòng)從放置架上被牽引進(jìn)入穿條機(jī)的送料機(jī)構(gòu)。
