輥筒轉速關乎復合速度，過快復合不充分，過慢影響效率，包裝材料復合時，轉速一般每分鐘幾十轉到數(shù)百轉。溫度對復合質量影響大，過高致材料變形、性能下降，過低復合強度不足，如鋁箔與聚乙烯薄膜復合，溫度控制在 120℃ - 150℃。壓力決定材料貼合程度，過小貼合差，過大易損壞材料或使設備負載大，實際需根據(jù)材料厚度、硬度等調節(jié)，壓力范圍通常在幾千克力每平方厘米到幾十千克力每平方厘米。
